I am sure that if he did, then it would never be acknowledged. As someone said, mistresses have been the by-ways of royals for centuries, but in this case (in this day and age) it is impossible to carry out long-term affairs without getting caught (the technology is simply there and catches everything...). I think that he has the means and the time, and he may have in the past, but I would like to think that he has done a great job at having us believe that he has been faithfull. We can only trust his 'honesty'.

Yes, but he's been discreet and as it was generally accepted that members of the Royal family would have mistresses it's ignored. Even Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother saw nothing wrong with Charles having a wife and a mistress.

No, The British Monarch Queen Elizabeth II takes her wedding vows very serisouly and views marriage as alife partenership and would not have tolerated such a thing.

I think he probably did when he was younger, in the days when the press respected royal privacy more and wouldn't report anything negative about them. Also a time when mistresses didn't go around selling their stories to tabloids newspapers.

I was thinking about that when I saw the celebration of 60 years marriage. I have heard many rumours and it just reinforces my opinion of our Queen. She is a wonderful dignifgied woman, who has put her duty before everything else and I get furious at anyone who attacks her.

Yes, he had an affair with one of Queen Elizabeth's cousins. She knew about it and accepted it because she thought that was a common behaviour for all married men. Royal affairs were very common since the middle ages many British monarchs had mistresses, its nothing out of the ordinary for the royal family.

Look at it this way-if he did, wouldn't at least one of them succumbed to the temptation of a tell-all, or someone have found out about it? He is so much on the public stage that I doubt he could have without anyone knowing about it.
