Grand Theft Auto 3 for PlayStation: Where are the freak in boats?!?

I've seen nothing but cars. Soz, I need to know where the boats are. Can someone tell me? I'd really like to know ^.^ and the planes if yah don't mind xp

There are some boats on the Second Island only. I know that the boats are located at a dock. You will do a mission where you have to use the boat also, so if you can't find them, just continue with the game and you will find the boats once you do the mission.

There is just one plane in GTA 3 that is located at the Third Islands Airport, but you can't really fly it, the plane just glides as long as you have the gas button mashed for a couple of seconds and that's it.
