He was dating Ciara,now it's rumored that he is dating Gabrielle Union.

Officially he isnt dating anyone right now and hasnt in the past month. Rumors say he is dating Ciara, but they both denied it a couple of times.

As far as anyone knows he is to busy touring to be dating. There were rumours about him and Ciara but it probably ended as fast as it started! And the Gabriel Union rumours are just that since she is supposed to be dating Hill Harper from CSI: NY.
