I was wondering, Im debating to buy a used PC game GRAW 2 because since it is used I'm not sure if I 'd have to register it online to play online multiplayer. I can play my GRAW 1 online without having to register it. Anyone know?

The problem with used games is that they were probably already registered. You can try telling them that you bought the game and the original owner isnt playing with that serial anymore.
But you have no way of knowing if thats true.
If the server sees the same serial twice then it has no way of knowing who is the true owner.
And many games have it in the EULA agreement you have to click on that its illegal for a person to resell the game anyway for just that reason.

If you want to save money then you take your chances.
