I have had a couple of people thank me for some response to a question on here, so I think that is a positive impact I think on them and the fact that they sent a message to thank me has had a positive impact upon me.

I honestly hope I have. My daughter has her round about way of saying it without coming right out with it. So that makes me happy.

yes and yes...and while i cant tell you about it as it relates to my job and confidentiality insues it was very special to me
