I am trying to find a detailed list of all debt and equity issued by company Astrazeneca (AZN). Most sites just have overall debt and equity. Thanks

The SEC site mentioned by others will cover filings for debt issued or allowed to trade in the US. Moody's Bond Guide is available in many libraries.

Remember: this is a British company, so their required disclosures aren't the same as for a company that maintains it's headquarters and principle place of business in the US.

contact astrzeneca, probably through their web site,a nd ask if they have their financial statements posted, along with notes. Ask if they have a recent copy of their most recent annual report available, or anything else that will give you the information you are looking for. They ARE a public company, so they do make this information AVAILABLE to the public upon request.

Try their 10-K report if there are a public company for SEC filings. If they are public, they are supposed to include this in their financial statements and show a breakup of debt (atleast the major components) in their footnotes.

Look through their SEC filings. For a foreign issuer the Annual Report is the 20-F

try dunns and bradstreet, do a search for 'dnbnumber'
but i think you have to be a member. or just ask the company for thier tax returns. if they are a public corp. thier tax returns are public records.
