I haven't tried it, but I know women who have, and their results were dismal. It turns out that the patch cannot compensate for behaviour - eating too much, eating the wrong things, lack of exercise on a regular basis. So first apparently these behaviours need to be changed on a permanent basis, before anything else.

If your talking about the one that "helps" you lose weight, It is not worth it.

ortho evra??? or something?? dont do it. it sucks. you put a new patch on every week...it doesnt stick and comes off in shower...AND it has been causing medical problems more then the pill!!!!
