Like, First Lady is a real position right? Somebody has to fill it, so wouldn't Bill have to do all that stuff? If not, who would? And what would Bill be doing if he wasn't First Lady/Man?

The official title is First Gentlemen. I looked it up somewhere with official credentials when Hillary first declared. Actually the title also applies to governors spouses as well and foreign heads of state but is rarely used in media. Bill however because he already held the office will always be referred to as President Clinton irregardless of any other office held.
But as far as his duties go he will have to create them the way Eleanor Roosevelt defined the duties of the First Lady

The First Lady, and possibly the First Gentleman, is not a government position, it's an honorary title. There are no offical duties, and the only "requirement" is being married to the President because other arrangements haven't been "tested" yet... ;->

I'm not certain, but the position of First Lady (or First Man) is most likely formal, and has no REAL function other than formality.
Of course, the White House staff will find ways to keep the First Lady/Man busy, but none of those is likely to be neccesary.

Yes, he would be the First Ladies-man. He would get to refurbish the private living quarters and get an allowance for new dresses suitable for meeting Visiting Heads of State.

I don't think it is a real position I think First Lady's do things because they are in the position to help others not because it's their job to. That would suck if you had to be married just to be president.

Bill Clinton will be able to do whatever he wants.Hillary will be busy all the time.Being president before he knows what he can get away with.But when hillary's home,he knows who's boss.

when he is not running the country, in order to maintain appearances he will perform duties such as overseeing the decorations for the White House Christmas. He will hang mistletoe and kiss all the girls.
