Yes, because there will always be people who love anybody who hates this country.

They love Chavez but they don't seem to care that he has turned into a dictator and has taken away the Venezuelans' civil liberties and political rights.

Hey, come on, have you never heard of pragmatic politics? Do your former Presidents (and your Present) take responsibility for the politics of those they make alliances with in order to further the interests of the USA? I don't think so!

I would expect nothing less of any South American country! They all hate us, except Mexico & the only reason they don't hate us is to rid themselves of people who expect some help from their government to live so, Mexico helps them come to the U.S. to be rid of them! All of S. American was against us during the 2nd W.W., not one of those nations, except, again, Mexico, had men who crossed to border to enlist in our military. The Mexicans who came & served with us, if they lived thorough the war, became citizens, they deserved it! Maybe we should just take some of our old ships out of mothballs & send them to patrol the waters of Venezuela & sink any ships they try to export oil to other countries, like China, so that Chavez doesn't have any excess money to spend on himself & his cronies. He certainly isn't helping the people of his country! Does it really matter that they wouldn't like it? Not to me, they hate us anyway, so why not give them a good reason to do so!

Who's been having a love affair with Hugo?

Oh, you probably have been believing all the liars who think we of the left love him.

Hahahaha!

I guess you'll buy ANY lie, as long as it's stupid enough.

Are you kidding? One of these dictators could nuke a major American city clean off the map, and as long as he hated Bush, they would jump right in bed with em. Look at SNOCOENKCF's answer above mine and if that doesn't prove it to you, nothing will. They are full of hate. SNOCOENKCF cant wait till the neocons are put into FEMA camps. He thinks that will be a great day for America. Need I say more?

Hugo woke up with a horrible case of hemorrhoids one morning and then realized that it was actually Sean Penn and Danny Glover.

The left does. They think he's fine because he hates Bush. They think they will be loved by Hugo and they don't talk about the holocaust denials or the fact that Iran has no gays - its just "not important" stuff.

Oh you betcha!
Chavez hates Bush.
Chavez is a socialist
Chavez has no issues about gouging 'big oil' to pay for his social bribes, I means social welfare programs.
In other words, he is the poster-boy for the Left.
