i have to do a report for sci. im doing bacteria and all the info. on line is either too general or too scientific. im in 6th grade.
we have to answer these quetions:
does it have specific characteristics or body parts?
does it perform ant special functions? move? etc.

Hi Mc G. I just did a search of the web and found a site that may be helpful for you. The address is: earthlife.net / prokaryotes / bacteria.html. (note: because Yahoo cuts off long webaddresses, I had to put spaces around the "/", but the real address does not have these spaces!) This site offers a nice introduction to bacteria.
