IF you mean 'dry' in the driest sense of the word, then your answer is, of course, 'no'.
'Dry' means none of those swimming 'lil sperms ever got out, to rampage blindly towards your welcoming ovum. Without this sperm, your egg won't grow into a little person. No big tummy, no morning sickness, no diapers-no.
IF you DON'T MEAN quite so 'dry', then additional details are needed.

I'm 47 years old, big city product and it was just a few days ago I was exposed to this phase! Now, you are asking a question regarding the term.

Obviously, if you are asking this question, you are missing out in the great activities of your age group.

That's a sad thing, because at the proper old age when sexual content has been a long part of your life, you'll be wishing that you would have being involved in the areas like, sports, education and just hanging out at McDonalds with your friends, when you were a teenager. Instead, you're asking about "Dry humping". Really!

Back to "Dry Humping", why would you be asking this question? Maybe you are being exposed to these by an older person.

Get back to the world of innocents. My daughter never hung out with anyone older than her. She studied gymnastic, became an aggressive roller bladder, and studied when she was a teenager, she graduated from a top Engineering school in the North East, (just four years after high school) at 22 years old, and all her friends are all her age and college graduates. She is a Mechanical Engineer, making great money and going out with her friends dancing, eating out, shopping nice cloths, and she got herself a 2006 Honda Civic.
