this fish sounds very ill and should be seperated and started immediate treatment and help A.S.A.P. there are a number of thinks that may have happend too this fish and some are worse that others, this problem could be poisioning, attack from other fish, Vibriosis, Pseudomonasis or Singapore angel disease (SAD) this last diesease is highly infectious and has a high mortality rate, but there is a 1in500 chance the fish has it.

The other disease are treatable but with a difficulty and the any thing you can do is treat with antibacterial food and antibiotics and quarantine the fish away from the group in a quiet dark secure area.

Good Luck.

If you just bought the tank, then immediately put the fish in, it probably hasn't cycled yet. Two weeks would put it at about the time that ammonia is showing up in toxic levels. Go to www.fishlore.com and read up on the nitrogen cycle and how to cycle your tank WITHOUT fish. That way you won't have more fish dying on you.

This is exactly how my angelfish was before it died. im sorry to tell you this but it will probably die in the next day or two. Separate this fish from the other one!!! if you don't the other fish will catch the disease and then eventually die in a week or two. Save the other fish!!

Is your tank cycled? Are you cleaning out the uneaten food? Have you done a partial water change?

You might lose it, but in the mean time, start doing 25% water changes.
