65,000 brick for an 8 in. thick brick wall. plus concrete for footer plus block to get to ground level. if i guessed $80,000 i dont think i would be far off...

contact your local mason union and ask them. you will have the cost of brick or stone for one thing then you have the labor cost which will notbe cheap. you're looking at 10 grand if not more. for a six foot wall there will be around 20,000 bricks depending on how thick you want it and as for stones there are numerous types to choose from. your best bet would be to have a pre-cast sectional wall put up. the footings alone will cost you 3 to 5 thousand.

I think the brick one Oliver North put up around his home in N Virginia was over $250,000. RScott
