I mean SEEERIOUSLY!!! i am way to complex just to begin with. and the other thing is, this world is far to beautiful and complex to just happen by random chance. i mean words cant explain how amazing life is. and you HAVE to take this into concideration, honestly where do you go when you die? if your living right now and die later and than just stay there dead and not go anywhere, then what is the purpose to live? not to be remembered when everyone else is dead. I obveously have a lot of scientific reasons to back this thing up (back up everything what the bible says and proove that evolution is false) but im not going to. what i am going to do is just ask you this all you evolutionists...
if you dont believe in god, then why bother? why bother doing what your doing? why bother educatiing others. why bother being respectful. i mean your gonna die soon and if it feels good you might as well do it...why dont you hmm? why do you care to life knowing that there is no reward afterwards??

alright what evolutionists believe is that out of nothing came everything, unless your dot was always there....hmm in the bible it says in the beggining GOD created, and in your textbooks it says, in the begining there was this one dot and it created everything. where did that dot come from hmm? because only nothing can create nothing so something always had to have existed. if you say oyur dot always existed thats fine, im just gonna say that god always existed. only an intelligent being could create intelligence, we all know that, i mean really. who created your dot? also for you evolution freaks,,,,ABIOGENESIS could not have happened. like i said you need inteligent life to create life and complexity....like it is so obveous..like seriously you ask me any question and i'll answer it.

>if you dont believe in god, then why bother? why bother
>doing what your doing?
Well - first off, what makes you think a belief in evolution and a belief in God are in any way contradictory? 95% of all US scientists believe in evolution, and 40% of all US scientists believe in God.
The *only* thing that evolution (and geology, and atrophysics, etc) can say with respect to God is that the Bible is not literally true: the universe is ~13 billion years old, not ~6,000 years old.
God, if He exists, does so outside the physical universe, and is therefore not examinable by science.
> where do you go when you die?
>if your living right now and die later and than just stay there
>dead and not go anywhere, then what is the purpose to live?
Again, not answerable by science.
>not to be remembered when everyone else is dead.
If you mean not to be remembered when everyone you know is dead, then - what about Shakespeare? What about Julius Caesar? Karl Marx? George Washington? They are remembered by their deeds.
> why bother educatiing others. why bother being respectful.
Because that's what people do. We are social animals, and we assist each other the same way that (for example) wolves do in a pack, or lions do in a pride.
Are *they* going to heaven? Not in any Christian doctrine I'm aware of.
> i mean your gonna die soon and if it feels good you might
>as well do it...why dont you hmm?
That's what is known as being a "sociopath", because it is not normal social behaviour for humans. Essentially, if you behave this way, you are ill.
> do you care to life knowing that there is no reward
>afterwards??
And what about reward *during* life? I get satisfaction from doing certain things. I enjoy raising my daughter, which is entirely altruistic. Your argument is facile.
>in the bible it says in the beggining GOD created, and in
> your textbooks it says, in the begining there was this one
>dot and it created everything. where did that dot come from
>hmm?
I'm still not seeing your point. Questions about what happened "before" the universe began cannot be answered by science, because the physical universe (which is what science deals with) didn't exist back then.
>only an intelligent being could create intelligence
Quite an assertion. Where is your evidence for this?
We have not created intelligence, and we are intelligent.
Chimpanzees are intelligent, squirrels have problem-solving behaviour, african grey parrots can learn to actually speak human languages (not just repeating phrases, but actually inventing sentances and words of their own).
>also for you evolution freaks,,,,ABIOGENESIS could not
>have happened
Abiogenesis and evolution are entirely different concepts with nothing to do with each other. Abiogenesis is - as you say - how life began. Evolution is how life changes and has changed.
>like i said you need inteligent life to create life and
>complexity
Demonstrably untrue. The surface of mars is amazingly complex (especially "chaotic terrain"), but there is no life there, and life played no part in the geological processes that brought that complexity about.

Well. I agree with you that life is beautiful and seemingly very organized, too well constructed to just be some chance occurance. However, it's obvious you don't understand what evolution is if you think that somehow its a direct opponent to the existence of God.
Who's to say, that He or She did not create the concept of evolution when creating life? First of all, evolution is such an easy thing to observe in natural life that to ignore it is just plain ignorant. Living creatures (including humans) change and adapt to their environment and evolutionary effects have been well documented. Why couldn't the grand creator have also given "life" the ability to adapt and change based on its surroundings? Both a "god" and "evolution" can co-exist if you're open minded enough.
To answer your second question, life's purpose is to live. That's the point. What we do with our lives as we're givin the opportunity, is up to us. If you don't believe in God, or better put, have no "moral authority", I guess you could adopt a mindset to give in to all sins and basically live life in the moment. Unfortunately, that usually doesn't work out to well with the whole trying to live for as long as possible concept. I think intelligent humans who don't believe in God can live a respectful life for the sake of it, and enjoy and respect their life because it is so precious and useless at the same time. Only human beings are so naive to think we deserve some award for being alive, some reward for being dead. When you take a shower in the morning, I doubt you consider what's happening to all the millions of bacteria that you're killing in the process and whether or not they're going to single cell heaven or hell.
No one knows for sure what happens when you die, there's a million different opinions and you basically just have to believe in what you believe in and hope for the best :)

First off, ever heard of spell-check?
Second, you gave no substantial evidence that God is the reason behind everything. You didn't back anything up. What makes you think there's a heaven and hell if no one's ever seen it? Can you prove the devil exists?
No one know what happened at the beginning of time. And if life is so amazing, why are humans completely destorying nature? Also, the only coincidence that's happened to us is that planet Earth was able to support life. After that, when the first few simple animals and plants formed, evolution took over. Maybe there is an afterlife, maybe there isn't. We all won't know till we die.

First off, I am a Christian. Second, Yes, the chance of having the perfect world that we live in today is 1/1E234xinfinity!. Third, aren't we being a bit harsh on those who don't believe? Yes, we know that they are headed in the wrong direction, yes I have a purpose and they do not, but realize that taunting them just makes your belief less apealing. Fourth, if you say that you can prove something such as "I have a lot of scientific reasons to back this thing up... but I'm not going to." that is just fuel for the fire of insults that can be thrown at you. My simple explanation of why evolution is not true is Louis Pasteur's Scientific law. Look it up sometime. Fifth, look at the one big long entry before me. Now, go to www.answersingenesis.org and search for "genetics: no friend of evolution" and you'll see another list of why he is wrong. Sixth, don't give in to the evolution from God crap. If you believe the Bible is true, you'll note that in genesis it says that God created the earth and all of its inhabitants in six DAYS which is alternating light and day or a 24-hour period. And lastly, your "question" really should be posted onn a blog but thanks for sharing anyway. Hope you learned something. :)

You are asking a lot of questions, but I think I can answer them.
1. Nothing happens by random choice. It may look random, but it is not. We evolve because of our surrounding environment, and not because of randomization.
2. Where we go when we die, no one person knows. We may think of where we are going, but not one living animal or human knows for sure.
3. The purpose of life is what you make of it and always try to make the best of it.
4. We do what we do because if we didn't do what we did, then we be homeless and very unhappy.
5. Also, their people who believe in both science and religion.
6. If we are not respectful, then nothing would get done.
7. Have you thought of starting a blog? It seems like that is more of a opinion than a question.

This really isn't the place to rant. If you want to share your opinion, post it on your 360 blog, not as a question which it really isn't.
Most of what you've said you dislike is based almost entirely on misconception. You should read up on the whole issue that you're arguing before you discard it, it actually makes a lot more sense if you get more information than what you've picked up. For a start there is nothing "random" about evolution.

It is quite obvious that you know very little about evolution. I defy you to make one statement about evolution theory that is actually true.
Why be good to others? Because I am completely selfish and it serves me.
I care to live because to the best of my ability I feel that this is my only life.
Above all, aren't you supposed to love everyone? You don't sound very loving when you encourage me to commit suicide because I don't think the way that you do.

Hi. Do you understand what a million years is? A billion? 10 billion? No?? Then you can never understand how insignificant 6,000 years is. Live as if this is your only time around and stop worrying about an after life. There may be one, there may not. Would it not be better to love in this one?

not all christians are so extremists to agree with you. It's even insulting the bible to take it litteraly rather than seeing deeper meanings.
