Why is she/you fishing for compliments its blatently obvious she is not ugly and judging by the poses in the pictures she knows it too and so do you... so why post this picture on? I think it is just a attention thing.

Looks GOOD to me.
I don't buy the people who say eyebrow waxing/plucking, etc. It's a natural look suited to the face: she doesn't have to look like a supermodel (aka Fake Factory) with hyper-idealized features.

i think she's really pretty
the only suggestion is i would maybe do something a little bit more with the eyebrows....they looked groomed already, but they need just a little bit more

the starting point of your eyebrows are really wide then skinny at the end. it looks bad.

Define ugly.
This person, whoever it is...:P, is naturally beautiful. Your eyebrows shape your face perfectly. She doesn't seem like she would need much, if any makeup.
