heres some ways I can think of....
write it in the sand on a beech
write I love you on the bathroom mirror after takin a shower and the mirror is all steamed up, make sure he's going in to the bathroom right after you!!
put a request on the radio for a song that means something to you both
put a love letter in his brief case/pocket/wallet or somewhere he will find it during the day when hes at work
make him something for dinner that u can create the words "I love you" with. eg, spaghetti
act out his sexual fantasy!!!!
hire one of those planes that u can get to make messages in the sky!!!
take him to the first place you met
buy him a card
leave little messages around the house for him to find

saying i love you to a woman, from a man:
buy a ferrero rocher chocolate (any pieces would do, but the woman would highly appreciate it when you'll give her the one that comes with the heart shape box!)
you'd be the one to open it, get one piece, then cut it in half, take the almond nuts the chocolate dip inside, then put inside the other half your engagement ring or your relationship bracelet.
and then make it a whole ball again, wrap it and return it inside the box!... the woman wont recognize that the box was already opened if the man will try to paste again all the scotch tape that was there in the box!...
then of course give it to your girl.... just leave it over her working table or leave it there in her living room... just wait for her to open it....
results:
she'll be calling you back, a hundred times saying thank you, i love you and you're the right man for her!!!

1. make a cd with sweet and korny songs
2. Buy him something small but thoughtful
3. write him a love note and put it somewhere where he will find it without you in the room
4. Make a scrapbook of pics
5. Take a sexy pic and blow it up poster size
6. cook dinner
7. make homemade cookies together
8. plan a fun night and get dressed up like a movie star
9. get some body paint
10. plan a picnic and feed the ducks

I send my boyfriend letters to his house, we see eachother every day and spend every night together (swapping from him staying at my house to me staying at his) but when he goes home after work (before going to my house) he'll get that letter from me.(i've only sent him about two) But even if you live in the same house, it would be very cute to receive a letter in the post.
Ummm......I give him full body massages when he's exhausted.
Once i wrote lots of little messages on the small post it notes and stuck them in a love heart on his bathroom mirror and stuck them around his room.
I made him a box out of cardboard and stuck pictures around the outsides (to make the box personalised) and stuck chocolates in it.
There's are all for no reason too, things like valentines day are silly, you should show your loved one you love them every day of the year not just a certain day.
It might sound like i'm over board, but i'm just creative...and i always make things for the people i love (friends and my mum) so my boyfriend gets the same thing too.

Give them a ring or a really meaningful gift. Call them at work and see how their day is going. Always put them first. Its the little things that say I Love You. You don't always have to say it yourself either. Make a cd with all song titles that say something about love. Just cutesy things like that.
