I know it sounds rather sacrilegious to suggest that I'd root for Dallas in such a scenario, but I hate the Patriots so much more. This is the true Evil Empire and it has to be stopped!!

i know you hate the evil empire but you can't root for a divisional opponent, whose been your rival for several years. in the mean time, pray for the packers to win the NFC and beat the Pats in the superbowl. anyway, giants still have a legitimate shot of making superbowl. hope that helps.

Oh you cannot cheer for Dallas in any way shape or form.
There is no pulling for Dallas, ever as a Giant fan.
Reluctantly, you pull for New England.
Think of it as cheering against that really annoying band of geezers, the '72 Dolphins.
It's a thin angle, but one that gets you through the season.

root for the cowboys because at least they dont play 25 miles away from a). Boston and b). The Red Sox.

im a redskin fan and as bad as i dislike the patriots , i just plain hate the cowboys so im pulling for the pats in that scenario in fact i would wear a turban on my head and pull for the taliban before i would ever pull for the brokeback mountain gang in dallas

You might think about Belichik's contribution to Giant superbowls past (defensive coordinator) and wish him well. The GMen had a great defense under BB.

Root for the NFC, period. I would do the same, especially against the Patriots. They really have become a black eye on the league.

see im an eagle so i haVE the same problem but id say dont let dallas get 6 hell id rather watch the pats go undefeated then see the boys get 6 but the pack will crush the cowboys so we dont need to worry
