I personally do not but I know a lot of friends that do they have all kinds of "fake" profiles added as friends. I'm sure a lot of people will add it if you make it look authentic and put some time into designing your page.

No, you don't add fake profiles, or make profiles on myspace because it's not the real person and that's a total waste of time.
