What are some of the difference between Republicans and Democrats? I have a lot of different views that share both sides of the realm, but am not quite sure which political affiliation I fit into? Is there some sort of faux calculator or something that I could use to determine my "side"?

don't feel you have to join a party, there is nothing wrong with being an independent,

40% of the voters will vote deomcrat even if it was proven that the democrat in question was selling classified information to china,
40% of the voters would vote republican even if it was proven that the republican in question was molesting alter boys,

it is us, the 20% in the middle that decide the fate of the nation, dont be a sheep to be led by the "shepard"

Let's see:

Republicans value free speech. Democrats support the fairness doctrine.

Republicans have children. Democrats support abortion and homosexuality.

Republicans tend to support the death penalty and democrats tend to oppose it (I know, given the stands on abortion, you'd that this one would be the opposite.)

Hope that helps. I can't think of any more right now.
