Hi. They are called "RJ45" connectors. Just do a search. Usually need a special crimping tool though. http://www.amazon.com/Cables-Go-Modular-Connector-50-Pack/dp/B0000510C0

Yes you can. Anyplace that sells computer peripherals or electronics should have them. Radio Shack, Walmart, etc. They are very common.

That being said, you'll also need a special crimping tool to attach it. And they can be a pain. If you only need one or two cables you'd be much better off just buying the whole cable.
