I need a new online broker?

I'm more interested in getting my foreign div's paid on time and a few puts and calls. I'm with Etrade and want to leave after 12 years.

You can try Easy Forex. Their whole interface is online (you don't have to download software to trade) and they do process payments quickly. Check out the source below:

I use www.schwab.com.

Note: foreign divs might be the fault of the foreign payment agent or company, not eTrade.

Scottrade is a good online broker that also charges less than your current broker.
