Do I put double bonds on both sides of P?

S=P=S ???

Does it matter where I put the dots? I mean, on top of the S, at one side, on the bottom? I'm putting two on the opposite side of the double bond, and one at the top and one at the bottom.

Two bonds from each S to P. Two lone pairs on each S to complete the octet. Any electrons left over?

You might enjoy comparing the bonding in this species to the bonding in O=C=O
