Depends on the format, & what you wanna do with the clip. Do you want to set it as your default image, or just embed it on your Myspace profile in one of your sections? What's the format?

EDIT; Well to put it on your profile sections, you have to use a host site, but if you want it in your Myspace albums, you can convert the video to GIF format here:

to put it in html code put it in photbucket first then copy and paste the code it privides into your page.
