every day....there is a person at work that wants my job, but he can't compete with me....30 yrs. experience versus 30 months experience.

OH YEA!!! I have lots of overbearing women where I work- You'd think there names were "Do That" or "No Way"- I am the Head of my Department- and I do things my OWN way- and things go just smoothly. Been there 11 years- They've probably TAUGHT me my ways.

I feel that way at work a lot!!!!
You would think that teachers would want everyone else to succeed, because that would mean that the kids succeeded. But that is not the case, unfortunately!!!!
