when I turn on the defrost it smells like anti freeze and fog my windows heat comes out but hard to drive .How much to repair and is it easy ?

Sounds like you have a heater core leaking. Get an estimate from several shops. Ther's a lot of labor involved. Core is reasonably priced.

sounds like what you are describing is a bad heater core. they are fairly expensive and a ***** to change. it is inside the car behind the glovebox nestled behind some other useless crap. if you dont have the right tools for this job i wouldnt try to go it alone, if you only get it half apart and cant get the rest it will have to be towed to its next destination. you can expect to pay anywhere from 300 to 500 depending on whether you buy a new or reconditioned heater core.
