How did we recover if it was CO2 and if it wasn't CO2 then why do you think this warming trend is?

If you check temp histories you will find that the last high peak was in the 30s.

The last low trend was in the 70s and in 1975 Time and Newsweek ran stories on the coming Ice age because the temps had been cooling since the 30s.

Chile has had the coldest winter on record it is their summer in 32 days and they are still frozen down there....the alps have had teh biggest november snow in like a 100 years this year...you don't here that in the news do you??

Like pip said along with a severe drought and long-lasting wind storms. Recovery included a lot of Federally sponsored agriculture/water distribution programs.

The dust bowl was caused by drought combined with poor farming practices. Not related to the current climate change situation at all.

um, it was proven then (and part of the reason we fixed the problem) that it was bad farming tactics and cutting down all the trees that caused it.
