Her continual nagging finally drove him down to the pub, where the continuous sound of the cheerful banter soon put him in a good mood. Now matter how hard she tried to persuade him, she could not convince her father that being a firefighter was suitable for a woman. The town council was forced to take the opinion of legal counsel in order to settle the dispute. Although his account of the events was scarcely credible, he made a creditable effort to explain himself. "Huh!" was the reply. "Only the totally credulous would believe a tale like that ! First check the meaning of each word on the web and then you will understand what they mean and you will be able to make your own sentences easily. Thats the way to really learn.
