I have taken all I can and today was the last straw. What is the procedure for getting a divorce and how much does it cost?

go on the dole if ya can just for a while and it will cost nothing!! been there wore the tee shirt!! good on ya for gettin out of a bad relationship youll feel like a million dollars when its all over!! good luck

See a solicitor. For a no contest, "unreasonable behaviour" divorce don't expect change out of £1000. (did it a few years ago.

Dont get a divorce..Just pretend your not married.Whats the point in going through all that s*it with divorce when you can just forget it ever happened.Thats what i would do LOL

you need to seek advise it can cost alot of money if your married it does mean splitting all you have got in half and the kids if any i know it cost my dad 40 grand this year to get rid of his ex wife even though she had an affair.

go to your local county court, ask for the forms for devorce,you get 3 identical papers to complete ,fill them in .submit them back to the court, i wish you the best ,,

mine cost £500 i did her for adultery and made her pay
