there are lots of these phrases. sometimes I say God Bless America. or God Bless Us..... when I'm feeling very much the opposite

When I want to swear, I swear. I don't waste time looking for substitute words.
Swearing exprersses emotions. It's something you do without thinking about it. Swearing isn't always nice, it isn't always the right thing to do. But when it happens, it should be a reaction, not a planned action.

Umm I just say the word.. I don't candy coat things for people that are made of glass and might have their day ruined by hearing it. Besides it's not the word but the mean that is bad.. so saying Fudge or saying F*** your still implying the same thing.

I wanted to add: Peeps are saying just say the swear word well I disagree. To me not swearing shows self respect,control, and respect for other's. No I'm not perfect and I have sworn out of anger, and I'm not proud of that.
