its a baby having a baby. So both are effected along with the father & the parents

To put it simple everyone is.
The child-as the mother is young she is most likely not experienced the fullness of life and may want to do other things but can't as she has children to look after.
The Mother(The reasons above,caring for the child and ensuring a happy home alongside not much sleep and still trying to continue with school/college etc.
The Family of the mother and Father-(The reasons above and they may end up having to look after the child more)
Also people you don't know can automatically make assumptions on you even if you do not appear that way rumours get passed along and people make judgments.
Aswell as Statistics,Tean Pregnancy raises up statistics and levels,which encourages schools to teach the meaning of this from a younger age.

If so, a lot of people are effected by teen pregnancy: the girl whose pregnant, the boyfriend, the mom, dad, siblings, friends...

and IF they are on gov't assistance then the people that have to pay for them to be on it since they arent paying into the system..
