I assumed he was saying s*it, but had a lisp because he'd been hit with arrows, or it was a kids film and they didn't want to swear.

You cannot be serious..., its a kids film, and he's just bin shot in the face in many places, of ocurse he's gonna say "Oh thit" in place for the Oh s.h.i.t!!
