Because you are rh negative and in case your husband is rh positive , then the chances of your baby becoming rh positive will be 50%. And in that case rh incompatibility reaction may occur between your blood and fetal blood especially 2nd and 3rd child (severity increases with parity).First child is usually spared. But dont worry, its very easy to cure just a couple of anti rh injection with subsequest deliveries. Get ur husbands blood group checked and Go to obstetrician for counselling and prevention
