There are two places you can check the first is onlineseats.com they are an online site and they have tickets for the Green monster. Another site is my favorite and it is stubhub.com they dont have any tickets for that game yet but when it gets closer to the start of the season they will probably have them.

There could be a way that you can sit up if you get your tickets early enough, and who knows it could be a private section. As for me, I have never been to Fenway Park in person, and I bet it would be a great ballpark to see in person, and I am not counting watching a game on TV. As for me, I don't know if I want to sit about there, but how the heck do you even get to your seats, I know that there is stairways to get your seats aroubnd the park, but can there be one staircase that will lead to the seats or do you have to take the near by staircase out in the bleachers, and walk up them, just as if your seats were there. So I am saying there could be a chance that your seats will be there, I am not sure how many seats are there, and I am making no promises that you will get seats up on the Green wall on that day, and please do not be too disappointed if you don't.

I know the first year or so they weren't even making it available to the public. There is probably a lottery now on the opening day of ticket sales that you have to enter and cross your fingers. I'm sure most of the seats are held back though for suits.
Other than that you can find them on ebay or aceticket/stubhub but plan to spend $300+ each ticket. Probably much more if its a weekend game.

They are 140 dollars a piece when Red sox tickets go on sale. you can buy them at www.redsox.com probably around the 1st of the yr. Check the redsox website often because we all know our trusty ticket brokers will try to snatch them all up.

bring money - and lots of it - face value are over $100 per seat - no way you get one for under $250; for a NYY game, expect $500.
