Can i combine a krispy kreme and starbucks?

I was thinking to myself that if i but to of the most powerful businesses together i would make a lot of money so please tell me if its legal.

They are franchises so most likely this isnt possible.

Starbux is a powerful worldwide franchise. Krispy Kreme is not.
