Yes Superman bleeds. He has bleed when fighting more powerful foes, from being hit while exposed to Kroptonite, and from magical attacks.

Well before he gained his powers he could be injured (this is in the John Byrne revamp where he was never Superboy and only gradually gained his powers).
Other causes of bleeding:
Magic and magic laced weapons.
A beating from a fellow Kryptonian or any similarly powered race.
After being weakened by exposure to a red sun, or Kryptonite.

YES! Especially on "Smallville"...he's forever getting unempowered and beaten up...bleeding. In the comic book...Superman had to "eyevision" his own hair so it could be cut by the barber. Probably the same for vaccinations.
