Hello. Long story short, I need a certain amount of money in my PayPal account by tonight, and using a bank account takes 3-5 days to process. I have a PayPal "Donate" button on my website. Could I donate to myself from my credit card in the amount I need and have it go through instantly?

No.. actually I need it by tonight so I can buy a laptop on eBay because I need it by next Friday and I'd get it on Thursday if I buy it tonight. So you're wrong.

Sorry - this answer looks like it is too late but can't you add a credit card to your paypal account? That's how mine is set up so I don't have a reserve there or anything.
The other option is - from whom you are buying this on ebay - contact them directly and appeal to them. Usually ebay sellers are so afraid of negative feedback that they'll help you out.

The only possible reason you need ANYTHING in your PayPal account by tonight is that you spent money before it was in the account. You got exactly what you asked for.
