Google works by having robots crawling the internet. Google has currently crawled the most pages of any search engine (about 20% of the web). Also google has different algorithms than yahoo, and they usually work better.

Google somewhat favors the content of a page, while Yahoo! somewhat favors the page title.

Also, Google's "bots" seem to wander around and index things a bit more frequently. For example, on one of my websites, consisting of about thirty files, I did a "wholesale" renaming of files (all of the files). Within about three days, Google had the new names right, and no one who searched through Google was finding the old names. Now, two months later, folks searching via Yahoo! are still finding the old names. (MSN also yields the old names, even today...grrr)

As for your defrag stats, sounds great! 63.98 is indeed 89% of 71.7. 1G is memory (which is separate from disk space). When you check "properties" of your disk, under my computer, then click Tools, then click Defragment, then click Analyze, you'll find out whether or not you need to Defrag.
