I think that Laila Condotti is the cutest, because I really like the repeated I sounds.

Also, with a three syllable last name I think that a cute simple names like Laila is perfect.

Lara and Aliya are cute too, but Leighton is too long.

If I had to choose from your list, I would say Leighton Condotti.

Names ending in 'a', like 3 of your 4, seem to "drag" in combination with Condotti.

Would you consider Donna Condotti. It has a bold "ring" to it.

I gotta go with Lara. Laila only works if the fathers name is Eric Clapton, Aliya is too cutesy, and Leighton is too hard to remember. Lara says "Wealth and Fame". And like that.
