this question does not make sense -- step back and think it over and re submit!!!

If your asking if your bank will accept your deposit while there is a garnishment on it - yes. They are required by law to give it to whoever has levied your account.

If your asking if they'll accept your deposit while your account is closed - no. But, remember this ... even if you've requested to close the account, it can't be done until the garnishment/levy is complete.

What do you mean by a legal hold? If your account is frozen by a court order, you CAN'T close it. If it was already closed, the court CAN'T freeze it. In either case, your question does not make sense.
