dont dwell on them just let it go. unless u hurt someone .then u tell them the trueth and ask forgiveness.

You just do. You try to focus on the future, and let go of the past. But by all means learn from your mistakes ... this is how we learn. Just understand that you shouldn't let them take over your life.

face it. Ask yourself questions as to why you made those mistakes, where were you in your life at that point? Who affected your decisions? Mistakes and regrets are negativities and you must have been in a negative state back then to have made those decisions. Ask yourself where you are now and what you have learned from them? Keep facing it and asking and you should come to a closure.

By learning from them. Don't dwell on them as well.
You can't change the past but you can avoid repeating it by learning from it..
I have know idea where the saying come from, because I am not that bright but I will say I have to agree with it.

that's just what they are the past. You can't go back and change anything, so why let them keep smacking you in face. Think of what is ahead, and hope you make the right choices.

Try not to think about it. Try to forgive yourself and focus on your good qualities and things youve accomplished in life and remind yourself that you are human and built to make mistakes......or u can blame adam and eve
