everythig she lived, the "posh" Hollywood , ...it was all just a show, a make believe, ..to make you believe in things you think you see in her or her way of hollywood living...Portrayed as a dumb-but -good-looking chick, desired by all contemporary men..bla bla, but under the surface-unhappy, extremely intelligent and...well, screwed up by posing, by having to be the desired icon because that´s what sold her.."talent". I believe she had many other talents, but acting was just NOT one of them. That´s why you need make believe to succeed in Hollywood - to sell crappy stuff.

I think she meant something deeply personal, because she knew from firsthand experience what she was asking. It could be a line in a movie, or something she said in an interview, but you could picture her when she said it. She was Hollywood's playtoy to throw around, and she didn't like it one bit. She was a great actress because when you saw her, you wouldn't be able to guess. That's what she might've meant.
