If an underage 19 year old gets a DUI with 0.8 greater, in riverside county first offense..is there jail time?

Will be subject to a "good" fine but probabley no jail time. But it it is .8, the undertaker is now in charge.

Hopefully there is jail time considering you are under age. But being in California you'll probably just a stern look and don't do it again. I think you mean .08 by the way.

If he's blowing a 0.8 he'll be dead before they can ever think about arresting him.
