It really exposes their level of hypocrisy towards tolerance. Apparently its NOT okay to make negative remarks against Islam but it encouraged to bash Mormons and Christians.

Some liberals (as do some conservatives) are tolerant of anyone who agrees with them, then that "fair and open minded" approach goes out the window as soon as someone dares to disagree. Liberals don't have a monopoly on this, just maybe a majority.

I've seen many "conservatives" poking fun at Romney's religion a lot more than "liberals" do, and they keep saying he is unfit to run the country because of his beliefs.
I don't care about his religion, or any religion, in fact. I judge people on how they personally treat me, not in what nationality they are or what they believe in spiritually.
I see it as he abandoned his job as governor to start campaigning for President, and I don't want to see someone who can dismiss their job so easily in hope of obtaining a better prize, to be the leader of our country.

Actually, I read the posts, and except for one or two, didn't really see anything so outlandish or intolerant. Plus, how do you know who is a Lib/Con? Truth be known, I have known quite a few Mormons in my life and have found most of them to be quite decent people, with outstanding values. It seems to me you are being very intolerant and biased yourself with this question.

Never heard anyone except conservatives that have an issue with Gov Romney's religion.
Can you prove your contention?
I won't vote for Mitt either. Can't stand anyone in the Republican party except Ron Paul.

The only ones I've seen poking fun at his beliefs are conservative evangelical Christians, not liberals.

How do you know it's "liberals poking fun?" Far more likely it's Giuliani or McCain supporters.

When did I ever do that? I respect Romney's spiritual beliefs, he is entitled to them.

Overall, Liberals are tolerant of Romney and his religious beliefs. Why do you suggest otherwise.?????

No, I do not.
Those that do so are intolerant, regardless of being Democrats, Republicans or Independents.
