The hydrochloric acid in your stomach is extremely acid with a pH from 1-3, as rare as it may be, IF your lining were to supposedly fail, the acid would burn through your stomach (which would kill you very quickly) and because your insides are sealed, your stomach acid would devour anything in your body that it can in contact with, it would also potentially break through your skin and leak out of your body. Although I don't think there have been too many cases of those in medical history. Most of the time you will just get an ulcer which would need to be remedied.

You will die. The acid in your stomach will eat through your stomach wall and eat everything inside you. Your stomach lining is rebuilt at over a million cells per second. Most the time when your stomach lining goes, it's a small part forming an ulcer. Then you have to be care full of what you eat and drink, plus take medication to make it heal.
