I'm sorry I don't know their names, but the two border patrol agents who shot the illegal alien drug smugler rot in prison and the guy is arrested again for drug smuggling. He was the states star witness and now he's doing exactly what the agents said he was doing. Do you believe they really deserve to be in prison?

Their names are Compeon(sp) and Ramos and yes, they should be freed immediately. Go to Glenn Beck's website and sign the petition. he also has shirts and bumper stickers proclaiming "US Border Patrol - To Protect and Serve Time".

Yes we need to let them out. If bush can pardon libby, these guys shot a guy who now is under arrest for drug smuggling. He kept on running drugs during their trail. Evidence is mounting that these guys got the shaft from the attorney general because the JURY was never told of the runners past crimes. They might have lied, but not as much as the attorney general did to get them convicted.

No, they don't belong in prison.

And if Bush can commute the sentence of the man who lied to a federal grand jury about the events surrounding the outing of a CIA agent by the White House, then he can pardon or commute the sentences of these two men.

let them all sit in prison and do their time! The drug dealer on one account of attempted murder for each sell they can bust him for, and the border patrol agents for whatever time a jury of their peers has convicted and sentenced them for.

yes, they lied to the authorities and their own supervisors, for a month or more, about the incident. If they were innocent and blameless, why all the lies? Don't let Lou Dobbs' obsessions control your conclusions.
