that invite themselves over for the holidays (thanksgiving or Christmas dinner) and then try to dictate what the menu will be???
Our "would be" friends called us rude for not serving exactly what they expect. Needless to say, they're on their own.

good for you! I may have a friend call me as he is enroute to my place for thanksgiving dinner, too bad I'm not cooking, he is going to get some hard love dished instead. I'm getting IHOP and if he wants something to eat he will have to pick it up and get over here. I'm not cooking for a possible guest who didn't have the common courtesy to let me know that he has made other plans for thursday!

I know a few people like that......expect everything to be there way and if it isn't they get upset and think your a butt. Screw'em! Let them find somewhere else to go! The holidays are a time for good feelings not feeling like your gonna kick some butt!
