As long as you never have to file a FAFSA, I don't see how they can know. Privacy rights protect should protect you in all other areas.
Just make sure that if they Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube or Monster your name it doesnt say anything about college.

yes, because they have your files and know from the college you went to that u did. By the way this is a very confusing question.

Yes, there is a common database for college enrollments these days, so colleges can check to see if you were ever enrolled at another school.
