Its called "Greening" your roof. If everyone did this they would cut their electric bills in half. Its far better insulation than the synthetic stuff, its a great Way to save money, energy and the environment.

What is George H.W. Bush covering up at his library? Could there be a diagnosis that his eldest son is a schizophrenic? Presidential libraries arent there to blab everything to everybody. I would be curious to see what sort of things Dubya's library would have hidden behind closed doors. Sure we will see the coloring books and the book about the pet goat, a picture of the jumpsuit and the cod piece, we'll see pictures of him pardoning a turkey and of him talking with the troops in Iraq. We won't see him with wounded soldiers or with body bags. Perhaps Bush will have evidence of a 9/11 conspiracy or how he was abducted by aliens when he was little and that is why he is such an idiot.

Trying to cover up just how much he was involved with Reagen & Bush administrations when he was Gov. of Ark., the huge favor he did the Republicans when he got NAFTA signed, somthing the Republicans were weting their pants to get signed.
