Well I don't cry from having a bad day or being frustrated... I get over that by either watching tv, a movie, or playing a computer game. Though if I was really in love with a girl and she dumps me, then I'll definitely be crying. Also, sometimes I might get teary eyed in a really good movie/anime. ;) Oh also if someone I care about was really hurting or died, then I'd cry too.

Not many men cry over bad days or just frustrated, but getting dumped might bring out a tear or two if it was serious. Men are programmed different emotionally so few have the faucets we women have.

Not if he's having a bad day, maybe if he gets dumbed, depends if he loves that person, and i doubt frustration would lead me or any other man to cry, but im sure a death of someone close to lead me to cry. Hopefully that wont happen.

I have had a few of my ex's pull out the water works, most of them will do it when they think they are alone or if they are a real man they will do it and let you see them. But most men hold it all in and dont let it out and if they do then they do it in the shower... my most recent ex, wouldnt cry unless it was something big, he cried when his father died and he cried when he realized i almost died in a car accident that he felt at fault for even though he wasnt... but other than that in over a year he never cried

sometimes.

I dont cry when I am frustrated or have a bad day. But other situations have made me cry.

For instance, the death of my grandfather.
When my dad had a massive heart attack.
When my daughter was born.
When my dog got ran over.
etc....

I'm a man, not a mouse. But because I cry doesn't make me a wuss.

Well, some actually do cry at small things but also cry at something big. For example, when a family member passes away.
But that really depends on what type of person that guy is......

Of course we do. the reason we aren't allowed is more a social taboo than a truth. I didn't cry for years after my dad died, but it hurt. my ex-wife would castigate and mock me when she caught me crying afetr my mom died years later, and it didn't allow my grief to reconsile. When I finally divorced her, my final sibling (older brother who was almost my second dad)died 6 months later, and I grieved and cried for months it was a cathoris and all the grief and pain from my family's deaths and my dead marriage almsot destroyed me. I was found by a beautiful lady who helped my broken heart heal.

yes, Ive seen a couple of grown men cry theres nothing wrong with it. I saw my dad cry when his mom died his brother died, and also when he buried 2 of his dogs, my ex husband cried when I left, my ex boyfriend cried when we broke up. Men have feelings just like women do and its not good to keep it bottled up inside.

Naturally, I would think so. Unless they could be dead inside, or possibly sociopathic, or just REALLY good at hiding it. Even so, it is not something that gender distinguishes. If you are human, and if you feel, chances are you will cry, penis or not.
