My younger sister is getting married in the state of georgia. She is pregnant, and getting married to the love of her life. Things may work out they may not. Anywho, shes from indiana, not allowed to see the babys father so they are getting married. She has the wedding rings and everything. Can my father anaull her marriage? The judge will be the one marring her, so will my father still be able to anaull the marriage?

You didn't say how old she is but I assume if the judge is marrying them she is old enough to be legally married. No one can ask for an annulment other than the two parties in the marriage. Annulments are supposed to be used when the marriage is said not to have existed such as the marriage was not consummated. Since she is already pregnant that would certainly not be the case.

If she is of legal age then no. If she is under aged then maybe. You have to check into the laws of your state. They vary from state to state.
